IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

• The recording, presentation and quiz will be made available to all registrants including those unable to attend the live session.
• Resources (including the recording) will be available permanently to all registrants.
• Registration after the deadline incurs an additional 50% fee (or wait until the recording becomes available in the AHA shop).
• There is a fee of 20% charged for any paid and subsequently cancelled registrations after registration has closed.
